Step
One
Preliminary Consultation
During your initial consultation we clarify your requirements and discuss your questions regarding your project. We clarify and develop the brief and deliverables of the project. The designer will outline the design process and explain fees and expectations. As the designer is providing professional consultation, an initial consultation fee will be charged.
Following this meeting we will submit a fee proposal or letter of agreement, catered to the individual brief and project requirements forming the terms of agreement and formal engagement.
Once we have received the signed agreement we can proceed to preparatory concept design services.

Two
Concept Design
We will collect from you any plans, documents or other resources you may have that will assist us in this process.
With an informed base drawing and brief we can begin the fun part, bringing ideas to life through drawing.
A concept plan/s will be produced realising layout, planting arrangements, material suggestions, style and structural elements etc.
This step can be a number of stages or a single stage depending on your project requirements and allowances. Concluded with consultation and hand-over presentation of the developed concept plan.

Three
Documentation
Post concept planning we move onto documentation of the project, confirming plant pallets, material selections, permit acquisitions, local authority approvals, structural detail requirements etc.
The number and type of drawings to be produced will be in response to your particular project needs.
At the conclusion of documentation, you will have acquired a drawing set suitable for quoting and subsequent construction works.
Post documentation steps we can provide if sought are tender procurement, contract and construction administration, defects reporting, maintenance program.
