The Process
Step
One
Site Consultation
During your initial consultation, you are able to clarify your requirements and ask questions regarding your project. This discussion will develop the brief and deliverables of the project. The designer will outline the design process and explain their fees and payment program. As the designer is providing professional advice, an initial consultation fee will be charged.
Following this meeting the designer will submit a fee proposal or letter of agreement, catered to the brief and project requirements of your initial consultation. This forms the contract once signed.
Step
Two
Concept Design
Once we have received a signed contract we are able to proceed with full site and detailed investigation of your project.
At this point we will ask for any available documentation or resources you may posses that will assist us in this process.
From your developed brief and project requirements we will develop a landscape concept plan detailing the proposed design, planting arrangements, material suggestions, style and structural elements.
This stage will be concluded with consultation and presentation of developed concept plan.
Step
Three
Construction Documentation
Following confirmation you are happy with your concept design you are able to engage with us further to produce construction documentation or detailed drawings.
The number and type of drawings to be produced will be in response to your site and scope of works.
At the conclusion of documentation, if required we can be further engaged for additional supporting services.
